As I've come to expect it was again a good experience to leave my 328, the work is always high quality, when you make a fix it's a repair I don't need to worry about. I wish that you had greater capacity in your shop to move cars through faster or instead making a loaner vehicle or even a rental available would reduce the inconvenience.. I realize you don't have the scale for that. Thanks
